Is it possible to add the usb (6fl) option to my radio. My car has the standard non idrive radio with Bluetooth and a second input on the rear, see below

What control would you have over the memory stick if I fit the usd socket and found someone to code the radio.

As stated $6FL will need to be added to the VO, and for good measure +IPOD (although there is no proof that this additional code actually does anything, but better safe than sorry  it worked for me) and then FA-Write to CAS and NFRM and then you are good to go.
Full USB control will then be enabled for memory sticks as well as full iPod control with a Y cable (X cable for some)![]()
If you are stuck and don't mind the drive (assuming you are allowed at the moment!!) then I do coding and can sort that for you, but I'm over in Grantham, Lincolnshire so around a 3 hour drive each way 8) :?Sllimc said:Thanks AnubisZed for the information I will press on and fit the cable and socket, the only problem I will have then is to find some where or someone to code it to the car.
