A strange one, but air fresheners?

What ones do you use?

I've tried loads, but none that last, and the magic trees are too sickly?

I want it smelling pukka, so any recommendations?

Be wary of those things, I've seen interior trim melted by the chemicals in them!

I picked up some febreze sticks that go in the vents from Halfords. They smell so nice, and last for a good 4 months. I put a black ice air magic tree in the little cubby behind the passenger seat but the sticks cancel it out. Would definatley reccomend!

Not cheap, not as chemically smelling as most others.

California scents fresh linen for me, open the can and pop it under the seats.

Doesn't work as well as it did in my last car so might try vent sticks

These are the Sexwax ones we use, they hang from the mirror and smell great. I won't have any type of freshener in the Z though, as I like the leather smell.

My Z4C has a vanilla-ish scent in it since I bought it six months ago. I don't like it, but can't find where it comes from....

I have used the california scents in previous cars (cherry was a favourite) but couldn't find a suitable spot to hold them in the zed. I now use the yankee candle one's. Midsummer nights is pretty good IMO, smells a bit aftershave like. I am currently using the leather one but can't make my mind up if it's strong enough.

I also use California Scents cans, cherry is my favorite, lasts months and fits conveniently in the small hole in the centre console just in front of the storage cubby where the sat nav DVD goes.
