A few problems - otherwise great car.

I bought the Z4 about 3 weeks ago and it is brilliant despite the dreadful weather (hat and gloves on with the roof down).

I need a little advice from the established members to sort out a few gremlins:

1. The driver's wing mirror electric adjustment is not working. Was fine but now I only get the sound of the motor but no movement of the glass. I assume it may have come off its mounting (it is not frozen as it happened before the cold spell) - any ideas how to rectify?

2. The passanger's window operates fine but will not go up using the 'One touch' facility. Going down with one touch is fine.

Hi, very - pleased to hear you're enjoying it!

1. I'd try taking the mirror part out and seeing what it's actually doing underneath. Not attempted this myself though, others may be able to tell you how.
2. Passenger's window is not on one touch as default, although I believe that this can be programmed out - if you search for something like roof + key + closing you'll find what I mean. There's some recommendations on there too for people that have been used by other members.
