Back from a quick hoon in the Yorkshire Dales and I just wanted to say thank you to firstly to all those who make the forum work and the mods, secondly to all those who put the time into organising runs and meets, and thirdly to those posting the how to threads which have both saved me money and cost me some when we have done mods to my car that we would never thought of attempting before discovering the forum. Owning a Z4 has brought a lot of fun to our family, and I'm already looking forward to 2013 and some warmer weather. Thanks All x

Yup, agree - great bunch of people, a constant source of useful and valuable information about our cars, with some particularly heroic folks who properly go out of their way to help everyone else get the best out of the forum and our common passion

I love this place :ilz4f:

Good stuff and I agree.

I for one have a New Years Resolution to finally make a meet.

+ another 1 :)

Well said jaRED.

It's is a goal of mine to drive over to blighty from Germany and make one of the meets as well. I may even set a record for the longest drive for a meet.
And to go to the goodwood revival festival. I have got to see a supermarine Spitfire fly by before I die.

BBMF is about 6 miles from my house - we see them very often over the summer, and it's a special treat when they fly low over the garden. Excellent sound.....

I've had the pleasure of hearing a P-51 fly over. Hard to beat that sort of noise. I've also had the high honor and privilege of flying in a B-17. The glass bubble (bombardier's position) in the nose of the B-17 has a view to die for.

That would be one hell of drive for meet well done. I live near a RAF base they have a families day in summer. We get a hurricane chasing a spitfire most years. It's truly amazing a few years ago we had a Vulcan. I had never seen one I was sure aliens where about to land......

My father was on Vulcan squadrons in the 70's (after being on lightnings previously) - just love those aircraft!!
