6 x part worn tyres (Z4M fitment) - *SOLD*

Hello,

I sold the Z4M a little while back and so I've just cleared out my garage and found the following which I'd like to shift, was thinking they'd make okay spares or for burning out on a track day on a spare set of wheels.

Ideally collected from Bicester (Oxfordshire), but happy to talk couriers if needs be. Happy to do a deal to move more than a single tyre..


FRONTS - ALL 225/45/ZR18

Tyre 1 - Contisport Continental £40
Tread - Outer = 5mm, Centre = 5mm, Inner = 4mm

Tyre 2 - Contisport Continental £40
Tread - Outer = 4mm, Centre = 6mm, Inner = 4mm

Tyre 3 - Michelin Pilot sport 2 (£170 new) = £40
Tread - Outer = 4mm, Centre = 5mm, Inner = 4mm

Tyre 4 - Michelin Pilot sport 2 (£170 new) = £40
Tread - Outer = 4mm, Centre = 4mm, Inner = 4mm


REARS - ALL 255/40/ZR18
Tyre 1 - Michelin Pilot sport 2 (£200 new) = £40
Tread - Outer = 4.5mm, Centre = 4mm, Inner = 4mm

Tyre 2 - Michelin Pilot sport 2 (£200 new) = £30
Tread - Outer = 4mm, Centre = 3mm, Inner = 3mm

I'm actually interested in some of these, but whilst I figure out what ones, are you friends with Jason E???

Interested in the two front pilot sports. Price for the pair?

That's the chap, I've been on CS for ages, I remember him saying about a mate having a 'vette, then I saw your location and put two and two together.

That sounds a fair enough price, I'd have the rears two if they had a little more life on them! Let me just workout when I'm in the area (ish), unless you ever venture anywhere around the '25?

Yeah that's Jason and yep, not many Corvette's round these parts so that's me! I'm down in Watford Wednesday if that helps and can do you a decent deal on those rears if you wanted them chucked in too, will do me a favour to make space in the garage and you may want them as spares/inbetween tyres/rubber burners :driving:

I go that direction every week or so, so will let you know if I see anything else in the diary that direction
 
Oh that's ideal, can we make it next week?

I'd love to take the rears too, but unless the price is pure magic, the cost of having them fitted then remove 8k later would make them almost not worth fitting :oops:
 
They came off of standard OEM BMW M wheels that look like this:

(borrowed from the web as I only have tyres..)

Fronts- 225/45/ZR18 - M fitment 225/40/R18 - Non M fitment
Rears- 255/40/ZR18 - M fitment 255/35/R18 - Non M fitment

Just like the M never came with runflats, but the Non M had runflats as standard.

iirc those who fit M wheels to non M Z4's need to change to the lower profile tyres to avoid rubbing issues

Well, I travel past Bicester on my way home to South Liverpool on Thursdays, so I could always pick it up on my way past and drop it off in Runcorn.
 
The Conti's are sold, but all four PS2's are still up for sale. Happy to do a deal to shift a set if somebody is interested or thinking about it.

I would be interested in all four PS2 tyres if you can do a deal or even all six for the right price...
I would need to send my father to visit you though as I'm in Oz

Sorry to let you down on them mate, didn't realise they'd cause issues on my 3.0.

Don't suppose you have the //M wheels to sell though? :D

No problem mate - unfortunately all my goodies were on the car to the new owner, after these tyres shift I have an "m" gear knob and just lots of Corvette parts.... :thumbsup:
