5D Carbon wrap interior with pics

Sorry if its already been asked but what 5d wrap? Ive used the 3m do-noc stuff which I found to be a bit thick on some very easy to parts but just doing a quick search on eBay sea to give 3d/4d/5d/scotchcal/ di-noc options?? All looks very similar in the pics

I used this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/381117191869? ... EBIDX%3AIT

23.9 inch by 59 inch was more then enough, remember to lay the wrap do the carbon weave goes the same way

Just ordered mine thanks sy for the info.

Did a search of the threads and this is a decent write up on install

my friend has just got a new //M 1 series and it has a carbon wrapped roof and it looks awesome, he has all the interior parts wrapped and they look so good, its a really nice 3d textured type wrap that i think looks great but im not sure what wrap to order to match what he has (the bloke that did his has now moved away so cant ask what he used)

i got some cheap carbon wrap offline just for a trial on my door pulls but tbh, it looks cheap and smooth and nothing like my mates nice textured roof, whats the best option from 2D-5D to represent the textured stuff my mate has and not the smoother shiny stuff?

Hi Bud,

Sounds like you want 3d as that is textured where as the rest have a smooth gloss finish

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but this looks quite good. Would be interested to see it. You say you're rotherham based? Whereabouts? I'm in Swallownest.

Sorry I wont be selling this trim, its Piano Black underneath so will be keeping it :)

Not an hard job to do though, if you need a hand stripping it down let me know

Sorry, I meant it would be nice to have a look at it in the flesh. Might take you up on that offer at some point. Wrapped mine with 3d Di noc and it's already looking pretty bad

I bought this Scotch 3M. I think it is 3D.

I got it from http://stores.ebay.co.uk/union-mart-sales?_rdc=1 a few months ago.

Did mine about 6 months ago on my 2005 with 3M stuff.
Which ever choice of finish you prefer, I don't think you can go far wrong with the 3M stuff.
Also did a few other things including sports seats, royals wheel, zhp and black interior plastics (instead of grey), I even added the X3 stereo knob.

Here's some before and after shots of mine. You really can achieve quite a change!

Well I managed to get the centre console and dash refitted today. Cleaned everything up and took a few photos. I'm really pleased with it all. It looks much, much better. More modern and contemporary. :D
