3rd Rear Brake light

Hi,

Any thoughts on how the clear 3rd brake light would look with the standard pre-face lift rear lights would look? My car is Sterling Grey and the brake light has cracked in the corner

Turns out the Clear light is cheaper than the red one :?

I have slightly different rear lights to you so Im not sure - here's the back of my car:

It's hard to imagine exactly what it will look like so why not splash the cash and change all 3 to be on the safe side!!! If I remember rightly I spent £236 for the set from CA Automotive.

That would be a nice solution I agree, trouble is Im changing wheels and tyres at the moment so cant find the extra cash ...

I too have the clear lens on a Sterling Grey. Def the way to go.

IMHO the red looks heavy and a little dated:

It's a UK thing.. We have to have a red foglight on the RHS of the car. Some have further modded to 2 clear lenses with the RHS having a red bulb in

Is the crack the 'known problem' with the srpings being too tight ... I had mine changed free of charge by BMW?
