Hi Guys,

Time for me to scratch my two year itch, as such my 35is weekend car is up for sale

It's a 2010 35is in silver with black leather sitting on 326 alloys sitting on just shy of 38,000 miles.

7 speed DCT gearbox
Pro Sat nav (updated to 2017 version at Ocean BMW)
M Aerodynamics Package
Adaptive M suspension
Xenon Headlights (Upgraded with the LUX H8 Angel eyes)
BMW professional Hifi - upgraded with a hertz amp and focal component speakers
PDC front and rear
LCI indicators
Tune2Air bluetooth (works perfectly via steering wheel etc..
Heated multi function m sport steering wheel
Cruise Control
Heated electric sports seats with memory
Multifunction steering wheel
Automatic Dual Zone Climate Control Air Conditioning
Rain sensor
Extended Lights Package
Loading hatch
Wind Deflector
Anti-Dazzle & Auto-Dimming Folding Mirrors
Stubby Aerial
It's got the BMW extended warranty which the new owner is welcome to extend, due to the mileage it provides worry free motoring (I've not had to claim on it!)
All the recalls have been done on the car and it was given a clean bill of health by Ocean BMW (falmouth) after the last recall (battery wire)

I have carly so all the fancy options are enabled, folding mirrors on lock/unlock, lock on moving, power roof on key etc...

It's not a standard car, and has been professionally modded,

It has a wagner intercooler,

BMS DCI air filters

Bastuck sports exhaust which I purchased from this very forum:

These were all carried out by ARM Motorsport, they also tuned it and is currently running on MHD stage 2+ on the 93ron map, which all told is providing circa 408hp

just had new brake pads, sensors, spark plugs, recent oil service etc,..

I'm a 41 year old car enthusiast, the car has been tastefully modded and has had no expense spared, it's a serious car for a serious owner, my other daily driver is an RS6 estate and I would say this is nearly as quick (until you hit silly speeds like 71mph) and possibly more fun to drive (definitely with the roof down)

I still have most of the original components (air filter, exhaust & downpipes) if the performance mods aren't to you liking.

The car is due to go in for part exchange in the next couple of weeks once I drive up to the big smoke, if someone wants it in the meantime I'm looking for £15,850 which is what I've been offered in part-ex so grab a bargain just in time for the summer

Just FYI, I had an injector, coil and spark plug replaced under warranty with all the upgraded components in situ, didn't pose a problem and saved me £650. So the mods definitely don't directly affect the warranty, in case that was a concern

Oh and you can have my MHD license too with all 3 packs included :driving:

So may i ask as to what it will replaced with it to alleviate your weekend toy related prurutis ?

Loaded spec, low miles, just change to the new paddles and off it goes, awesome car for the dollar!

Don’t forget to add the toasty steering wheel too in your ad Will, very nice extra to have.

Like I said I don't drive it very much, took it for a spin today and noticed I'd got the milage wrong, it's 38,014 not 40,000

How has this not sold ?

Best Z4 made with great spec and mods and mega low miles at cheap money....

Get it on the normal sale sites,i will go within a couple of weeks

Cheers for the kind words

I don't need to get rid of it per se, it's going in for part ex, so it's more about giving back to this forum. All the mods make no odds to the money i get from the dealer :(

Where in the country are you located? Also just a minor point...you state in your first post that you’ve never claimed on the warranty and then say you had injector, coil and plug done under warranty in your second!

Cornwall or surrey

Very good point, I was more talking about large claims, on my e85 I had a nearly 6k bill covered under warranty

It's not auc warranty, just the bmw-warranty from Allianz (I think) costs 55 quid a month, which is very good for peace of mind

Really bad timing, I've been looking for a 35is in this spec for a long time but out of the country until June. Just as a matter of interest what do insurance companies think about the mods? Increase your premium much? Doesn't invalidate the warranty?

hi chap,

All mods fully declared (including the MHD specific map) going through keith michaels my insurance was £470, I do however live in a tiny fishing village and am very old and very bald

Based on all of my experiences thus far, the warranty has been completely unaffected, in fact the workshop manager at Ocean BMW in Falmouth thinks the car drives fantastically and he loves the exhaust note - I'm not just saying that, his name is Monty feel free to call him :D This was the same with my old e92 and e85 both of which were also modified and both of which had a lot of expensive FOC (less £100 excess) warranty work carried out at Ocean and Sytner respectively.

Buy now and the car will still be as good in June when you come back
