35i and 35is anything I need to be aware of before buying?

Thanks guys but that will be too expensive even if it is a great deal I will have to up my budget a bit and look at a used 35is up to around £23,000 or £24,000 I was looking to not exceed £20,000 if I could help it but there are a few used on Autotrader in dealers that I would try and haggle down to £20,000, should it be from a BMW dealer or doesn't it matter if it is a good independent?

They've been available on here for good prices - Dealers will add on a fair bit.

Wow that was a great price, shame it didn't have the sat nav though.
