You think of purchasing a G29 then

If he is it’ll only be for today then he’ll have changed his mind tomorrow

Wont take him that long - probably an hour after he initially thought about it

If you have a 30i or 40i, could you let me know what 'average' fuel consumption you get please? So everyday 'sensible' driving.
The quoted figures for B48 30i and B58 40i are not too different, so trying to get a real world comparison. TA

I suspect he's thinking of (or has thought of) buying pretty much every car ever made :lol:

He needs a Trabant - then he will keep that, no one will buy it or take is a P/X

I have about 18mpg average over 20k miles, nearly always sport+ and in town traffic.
This will probably go up a little, now that it's getting more expensive to drive, and have to do more miles again

Having test driven a 440i convertible last year I can honestly say I’m glad I didn’t get one. Depreciation is massive from new, epic engine and straight line performance however cabin, boot space, door sizes, getting in and out among things where all totally underwhelming.
