That's just so rich comming from you, seeing that you introduced the complications with your N/ton x mph malarkey.

As I have said repeatedly torque gives you the acceleration, but to know how much acceleration you need specific force in each gear, but for most punters, knowing how much torque and how quick it is to 60 or 100 suffices.

But oh no, you wanted to show us all how clever you are, but couldn't even get your units right :poke:

No.... I wanted to explain why diesels are sometimes slower to 60 & other times faster :roll: :P
