What a shame Italy couldnt hold out a little longer and beat the French. That wouldhave been a good upset for starters.
Now Scotland v England - and I'm with Bing & Spikey on this one !

Think England deserved the victory but neither team very impressive.

Also thought Italy deserved to win against the French.

Can't really argue with either point :).

Interesting game today so far all teams pretty close to each other.

And still miles away from the southern hemisphere :(
 
What a strange feeling !
13-0 down yet dissapointed with a 16-16 draw for some reason. As Warren G said, "It feels like you've been kissing your sister " !!
If only Preistland had gone for the drop-goal 2 mins earlier when Wales were fighting on the 5m line, rather thangetting pushed back and trying from 40m !



Still, I'll be there in Cardiff next week v the Scots, And I may also have access to a spare pair of tickets if anyone wants them. Let me know and I'll confirm if they are still available later this evening. c£170 the pair

You have to feel for the Scots - Another year and the championship is over after day 1.

Must be particularly upsetting for it to be England to end it for them (Again)

Was a tense day as always for me and the wife(I'm Irish and she's welsh). Was a great game though! We flew both in our respective rugby tops to see my family in Belfast to watch the game, when we landed security said no one in Welsh rugby tops were allowed into the country :rofl: :thumbsup:
