2013 Scotland Meets - Planning and Discussion Thread

A11y is on the case ... I'm presuming the plan would be to do the skyfall road and Skye ...

End of May start is looking best for me

Yeah, but if you leave it and the vote is no then the English will be insufferable, trust me

I wouldn't have it any other way Bing, if they weren't insufferable then they wouldn't be English.

(Stands back, dons flack jacket and adopts brace position)

Us insufferable at least we didn't produce the last useless one eyed wasak of a prime minister whose policies and cr@p book keeping have bankrupted the country.

That said the current English prat isn't doing any better.

Still back on topic (a Hazlenut in every bite) May is probably to late for me and I'll be away on my travels again, sometime in April would probably suit me better.

I think you will find it was the Americans that caused the sub prime which led to global meltdown and bankrupcy, But the English seem to feel better when blaming a scot (don't get me wrong, he is a Wasak) but at least apportion the blame correctly. :P

The middle of April Easter holidays might work... But I guess would make for busy roads ?

can I just chip in and say that's squirrel sh1t.......not a Topic.

Your only allowed to Chip in if you are seriously considering doing the 2013 Skye meet :P

Couldn't possibly have been the Americans, they have never done anything wrong :poke:
Were the Americans to blame for our every expanding welfare state, destroying the private pension industry with it's £5billion a year tax on them, to state just 2 examples of his and the War Criminal Blair's massive ineptitude.
Not wanting to start a political argument save that for when I'm home

So blame Blair then, he is the Fanny that made Gordon Brown Deputy.

We shall take this up when you return home over a bottle or 2 of wine.

I can accept that we blame the useless waste of space that is Blair for everything that is wrong in the world today.

A bottle of wine sounds good, after all could it get any better than this

I blame Margaret Thatcher - not only did she steal the milk from the schoolchildren, but she de-regulated the banks and gave them free rein to make all those dodgy investments with the bank customers' cash.
It was her legacy - which led to the economic financial disaster we were dragged into when the American sub-prime mortgage scandal blew up in their faces.
:headbang:
