2013 BMW Z4 revealed

I thought it was a V6 diesel in the E350 CDI ;) Driven one actually, considered it (coupe) a while back, I agree it doesn't clatter, in fact from memory it didn't make much sound at all... still love my 35i for all the noise it makes :) I waste fuel on purpose making it blarp all the time lol
 
I held off getting a new m sport in September because I suspected that a face lift model was coming...it's not really any different apart from the lights and possibly new colours. I'm now thinking about an existing model m sport with a hefty discount...fat chance!
 
really pleased there isn't much change. and to the non enthusiast, zero change!
cant see any change to the rear lights (although i suspect they are led's meaning we can buy the new bulbs?) or interior. front lights wont look much different once i have installed my led halo's and the side indicators look like they will be interchangeable at a reasonable price.
good call BMW and on a par with my old Boxster which although 13 years old looked not too different to the 987 meaning residuals stay high and the company doesn't alienate its current owners

i don't like diesels although i own one in the 3 series workhorse. but NEVER in a convertible!!! Christ i would never lower the roof if i had to listen to that clatter
 
Think a big sign of relief on existing E89 owners here and on E89 Forum....was expecting a lot more to be changed to be honest and now may hold me back on changing mine....

not at all, I only argue if I can prove that I'm right :D

.....everything else is just opinion and whilst I might not agree, its not worth getting upset over :wink:

really not keen on the black roof. the whole point is the integrated coupé style which this ruins imho

I have a Galaxy Note 2....getting used to it but might sell it by the weekend if anyone wants it!!

The Z4 is a gorgeous car in any guise, and as I have always said, we should be grateful, especially at this time of year and also for the stuff in the news recently, that we can afford these cars and all (I hope) lead good lives with not the worries that some people face at this time of year
 
Stark will need a new light module at over £350 to go with the new lights though. The same happened on the X5 LCI where the new lights do not work with the older model.

I thought the E89 LCI was released some time ago already, must have been wrong then.
