Is it a Sport or is it an SE model?
I ask as the seats are SE seats.

Good luck with getting an answer to that, we're still waiting to find out the asking price............ :poke:

Yeah it's a sport model on the taxbooks .
The asking price is £6750 I put it in the title 👍

Hi Mr Channel,

Do you have an answer on the question in regards to the Cat D ? are you aware ?

Unconfirmed but came up on one of usual websites, you'd need an HPI check to be sure (sort of).

I carried out an hpi check and it is coming as cat d . I did notice that it had a bit of paint on one side , checked all the glass and it's all original BMW glass
I bought the car to tinker with over time but due to my back injury it is nearly impossible for me to get in and out of plus the fact that I'm renovating the house and garage soon that's why I'm going to shift it on ,
Yes it needs a bit of work but I think that it's priced accordingly and these cars are definitely not going to lose money now , I wouldn't want it to be kept outside either ,
Willing to drop the price a bit , now £5995

That's fair enough. It will make a great project, GLWTS.

Op

It would cost you £100 to put a spring on it and get it MOT’d

As it is you are offering an undriveable, unroadworthy car that has been sat for 5/6 years, that would need to be collected from a remote part of the U.K. with a trailer, and asking not far off what a driveable, roadworthy car, with an MOT, that isn’t an insurance write off would cost to buy from an easy to reach location

A car and trailer on the ferry is gonna cost in excess of £500 plus fuel, food, hotels .. realistically it’s gonna cost someone coming from GB upto £1k to come and get what is a massive risk

Verses a cheap easyJet flight into Belfast Intl and a £130 ferry trip back

Even if you aren’t able to do it because of your health I’m sure a local garage would collect it and make it roadworthy and then someone can drive it to the test centre

Unless of course there’s a lot more wrong with it ?

Why not just get it fixed and sell with a 12 month MOT as it is I for one wouldn’t pay anything like £6k for it

Sorry to be blunt

Yeah I think that's probably what I will end up doing , I just put it up on the off chance that maybe someone else from northern Ireland on looking for one and it could save them a trip across the water . I do understand what you mean but IV just had a nightmare of a year so far and it's at the bottom of my priorities list ,
But point taken IL probably just remove the ad in a week or so and find somewhere else to store it until I can get it fixed up and MOTD etc
Thanks

Hi , Im new here , and registered to answer this add , Im in NI and on the look out for a Z4 and at the moment a trip to England is a bit of a pain .Is this still for sale ?

Yeah that's only up the road from me , I'm near forestside shopping centre at the bottom of the saintfield road , was going to book it in with railway BM specialists in ballynahinch after Xmas if it's not sold and get it recommissioned after sitting in my garage so long

I have a friend over that way who does recovery
Id like to get a look at your car and see where we go from there ,, I was after a grey or a blue one , Im not good at keeping black cars clean lol
but yours seems to fit my ideas very well , Ive a big box of spanners and would rather not be going to England to look at cars .

Robin over at Carryduff 24hr recovery , I know a few of the lads at Agnew recovery too .
drop me a pm with your number and see what we can sort out for a chat.

Ive been trying since xmas ,,,

Im guessing its not , or at least not to anyone who knows its history. I tried with and without history on wbac ,, interesting results . I think I will be heading to England looking at the state of the market at the moment.
