2005 3.0 flashing red roof light

Thanks Craig. I'll relay this to the dealer when theyre ready to do it. My hood does occasionally get stuck on the windscreen when I open it as well, making me think it needs better alignment. Oddly enough I've driven it twice today and the hood opened fine with no flashing red light! :?
 
Just a minor update... The dealer's had my car for a week now and their mechanic has told me the hood frame's bent! I have no idea how they're going about fixing it or how much longer it might take. I miss my car!

I also got them to paint my calipers so can't wait to see it!
 
I recently had my roof motor relocated to boot after it was flooded with water - after five seconds of putting hood down the red light keeps flashing - never goes off. Only the passenger side was taken off when relocating motor by a profession done within an hours. Never had this problem before relocation - can anyone advise how to fix this please - I drove 160 miles to do the job -
