I expect first to see will buy it, Martin.

You were right!
Gone to West Sussex, ironically about half a mile from my Dad's house!

Good result Martin and a lovely car for someone.πŸ‘
Yup he turned up with his brother in law in a lovely 30si coupe, same colour, same seats.
Looked good setting off together.

 But after seeing your advert pics I've started to miss it! I like my new one, but much prefer the manual seats.
How did you get the buyer? ebay?

Yes it was Ebay.
I miss it too tbh. Until the last minute I was still toying with the idea of selling the E89 and keeping it.

I was reluctant to sell my E89. Of all the cars I have had it was my favourite. I love the E89 shape, comfort and the folding hard top. But I have more fun and drive this car much harder. The E89 is great for longer journeys. But mostly now I am staying in my own locality and the E85 cost a lot less and really suits my needs. It brings a smile to my face every time I drive it.πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

Well done in the sale, looks in great condition.

I note you mentioned the yaw rate sensor - where did you get it from? Might be after one of those! Sorry to hijack!

Thanks

M

Well I couldn't find one for ages, then thought I'd got one but it looked as though it had fallen through, so I found another.
You guessed it! The first one turned up too.
So I have a spare. :D
Tbh I'm not quite sure whether the mods say I have to advertise it first, but happy for you to PM me if you are interested?
NB. The yaw sensor for these facelift cars is different (and vastly more expensive) than the pre-facelifts.

Cheers.

It’s for a M Roadster so need to check it’ll work! Do you have the part number for the one you have?

May I suggest that to keep this fully transparent you start a Wanted thread and I'll talk to you on that.
There have been some issues with sales going on in the background of other threads and I'd rather do it 'by the book'.
