Where are you based? I have some professionally refurbished MV2s in SW Surrey that may be available collection only. Still deciding whether to spend the money on tyres and trying out 18s (my E86 has 19s), or to just sell them on.

More of a personal preference for the deeper dish aesthetics and potentially rear grip.
I guess the Geo as standard is calibrated for the staggered set up on a SI too?
The base spec wheel on the coupe was style 200 iirc which was a 17” square set, so all the 18” staggered sets were effectively upgrades, with no change to the geo. I’m guessing you’ll go for something CSL-style.

My answer would be "it's a sports car, the rear wheels should be as big as possible!
My advice to Zedebee is to stop trying to sell the wheels and instead go and find a car to buy to put them on ;-)
