PawnSacrifice said:Gain from the TT would have been easier as it's forced induction (assuming it wasn't the V6... 225 springs to mind), gains from mapping are far harder to achieve from NA engines. I wouldn't bother TBH. Have a look at my Dyno link - I got nothing... had the map done as it pretty much worked out FOC and I was curious.
£1000... you already have a sweet set of rim, I'd probably go for an exhaust (Eisenmann) and stiffer anti-roll bars. While I have tried that yet, it will probably be my last mod. No really, after that I'm calling it a day. Although...
Others - £220 - M Steering wheel, fantastic mod, you would not believe the difference in feel is to the steering - if your's doesn't already have it.
Just noticed yours is the facelift; the N52 engine is very hard to tune to the point where it is even quite difficult to find exhausts!
New answer then.... spend it on a European road trip![]()

If you had a £1000 to spend on your Z what would you go for ? .. I'm thinking of a remap , on my TT it was easy, is their any reputal companies out there for the Z ? if so do you get decent gains ?

Hmmm, curious about this? Is it done with OE parts or aftermarket?
Any idea of suppliers?![]()
ksher said:CJ's Zed has aftermarket quad exhaust system with modified OEM CF rear diffuser from facelift model.
