Pay a visit to your local Eurocell branch, they supply one of the best composite doors on the market and will have a list of local installers.
There's also a door configurator on their website.

On various contracts Ive fitted literally hundreds of composite door sets ( including 3 tower blocks in Knowsley  ) , varying degrees of quality out there but you shouldn't need to pay more than £750/£900 including fitting for a top quality door , frame & furniture .
Cheap ones start around £350 + fitting .
Don't pay top money for ones that are simply hinged as traditionally doors would be & use a standard 5 lever lock , the better ones have adjustment within the hinges along with 3 point locking & generally indicates the manufacturer isnt cutting corners .

We had our back door replaced with a Rock composite door about two years ago.Cost was about £1100 .
Insurance paid for this as it was to replace a pvc door when we had a break in.The intruders kicked the bottom panel in on the old door.
The Rock door is excellent quality .
