Need 12V when the car is unlocked

It there any way of making this happen? I could go thru a relay like the actual door lock wired to trigger a constant 12V. But of course if there is any way of tapping into a existing 12V when unlocked-line that would be great. I bought myself a new music streaming gadget that uses airplay...

New apt. - My Eibach'ed E86 is too low :(

Chris: I wasn't planning on getting bigger wheels, just rims... maybe 19s with correct rubber size will be slightly bigger?

Hmm BMW says, witch ones you want, M-sport 1 or M-sport 2? They have no more additional information, more than they have different article numbers. M sport 1 31336760622 front 33536761926 rear M sport 2 31336757781 front 33536760606 rear

Sounds great, will call BMW and ask how much they want. If the cars equipment list doesn't say "sport suspension" or "package" or something like that, its on full height, right?

New apt. - My Eibach'ed E86 is too low :(

Hi Guys! Just got the keys to our new apt, very excited :) However, upon driving down under to the garage, it was scraping the middle under the car and I had to reverse back... tried to reverse down, same problem. I am riding a 2007 Z4 Coupe with Eibachs. Panicked yesterday and threw in the...

Oh snap! Changed gear knob.. now there is massive play...

Part II Pt_Dsu_6kV0 The part 5 in the diagram above is gone... I can feel the holder for it but the "bearing" is gone. Most stupid design I ever saw, a steady whack and it pops off. The amount of time to put it back is pretty massive. The metallic sound when "dropping it" is...

Oh snap! Changed gear knob.. now there is massive play...

Just removed the rubber part 8, and now the arm (1) is hanging in mid air (actually its resting directly on the drive shaft) only held by the front parts (2,3,4). I can hold/lift the gear lever up and still shift, driving it to the garage to have it fixed today. Don't have a place to tear...

Oh snap! Changed gear knob.. now there is massive play...

I removed the gaitor (in order to install the illumination harness) and the only thing that can be seen in the car, is the rubber seal between the inside and the outside of the car. There is definitely something snapped in the linkage under the car. Question is.. what can have snapped to make...

Oh snap! Changed gear knob.. now there is massive play...

I have done this on numerous BMWs before and yes, sometimes the knob really is stuck there.... but finally it popped! Connected and assembled the new ZHP illuminated one... and as you know, one has to give it a steady whack to put in place.. and "snap" - the linkage (or shifter pole) is now very...

    Replacing eject box cradle, (E85).

There is no way to "pull" thru the new cables when doing thing this install? Thinking to unhook (open) the connectors and feed thru a pulling cable and then using this to pull thru the new eject box cables (with the big 18-pin connector disassembled) to the speaker compartment. Seems a (maybe...
