All of the parts are avaliable from bmw. I've just done exatly the same thing, but they are not cheap. I had a corner splash guard and a few clips etc and it cost me £165 :o I have the exploded diagram, but still havent worked out how to put picturs up on here lol message me your email...

Mine runs lumpy too, but once it gets up to temperature. its fine when its cold. :? And like yours Barney mine has also been on the road for the winter. Could it be vanos seals????
