It’s seems to have stopped, maybe it was the braces but it still made the knocking noise after I tightened them, so all a bit strange, the knocking noise was coming from exactly the same place as you described.

Put a new windscreen washer pump in, and it works a treat 😁👍

Pre 2009 headlight washers don’t come under the mot, I’m sure I’ve read that.

Fixed my Leaking headlight washer unit.

Well finally made some progress today, got the leaking headlight washer actuating using a bike pump with a bit of pipe on it, operated it a few times hooked it back up to the fluid supply and no leaks, it seems to have re sealed itself. The only down side is the windscreen pump is shot so...

Yes I know it's a separate motor, the headlight one is working, but nothing from the windscreen one. Will have a look at the filter Cheers

Hi does anyone know wether or not the headlight washer jets can be repaired? if so any descriptions of "how to" would be great. I’ve blanked the leaking one off so the other one does work but no windscreen washer working so I’m assuming the motor is knackered. cheers Andy

Thanks will check the anti roll bar links, I don’t think it’s tyre skip, as it does going straight literally just creeping along when going forward and reverse, but I never hear it at speed.
