Spotted today… show us your weird, rare and gorgeous spots

If it’s a 3000 with the 3l straight six, they can be surprisingly quick. Years ago, one easily kept pace with my 225hp Mk I Audi TT on the dual carriageways between Frimley Park Hospital and Sandhurst (location reference for Mr T), both accelerating from traffic lights and at high speed.
Thanks for the location context.

I had a drive in a mate's late Healey 3000 some years ago and I loved it. RWD, manual, a lovely straight 6 soundtrack and decently quick - the only thing missing was a roof. :(

And while it sounded better it wasn't as quick as my 3.0Si that I drove home in.

You're right about the Aston too - it made a change to see one that wasn't silver!

Spotted this rare and gorgeous thing in a driveway near Lincoln today. No idea what it is.
Strangely @bigwinn took the photos and @IRD was also there! What are the chances? ;)

I had been waiting for a good while to see the finished product having seen photographs during the lengthy building process. In the ‘flesh’ it certainly matched up to my expectations. Andy is a perfectionist and that is reflected in the finish on his pride and joy.
Anybody who knows Andy will be aware that patience is not one of his strongest suites so to have stuck with such a demanding long term project is a great credit to him. It truly is a piece of art Andy. Well done!
PS Just pop the cheque in the post😉😉😉

Spotted plenty of JDM cars in Cyprus, although only took one picture. Benefits of a mostly dry climate I bet!

The house with an RX-8, couple of MR2’s and many many RX-7’s was a particularly pleasing sight.

On a trip to the other side of the pond. Found a few cool cars in some small town called Maranello. Anyone heard of it? IMG_6441.JPGIMG_6415.JPGIMG_6727.JPGIMG_6706.JPGIMG_7036.JPG
