E89 roof won't open

First step almost always on E89s with mysterious electrical problems is get a new appropriate battery ..then see what happens..
My battery has been changed 2 years ago, still under warranty, car starts perfectly, OBD values are "voltage 14,59V" "voltage measured by IBS 14,83V"
Does not seem a battery problem to me...
Could it be because battery is stronger (80Ah) than the 70Ah standard ?

The 80ah battery definitely won't cause a problem..but..your readings from your OBD reader suggest inconsistent battery status ...

So often on E89s a simple A/B swap helps eliminate gross errors

Varta is a very good brand and it seems unlikely..but..it happens all the time..

As Chippie said corrosion on the CTM connector pins or water inside the CTM MAY be issues..again we've seen them here

Can a wrong battery status bring other problems ? Roof opening ? Others... My OBD reader gave me a list of errors and I am checking them all...

On my 35is when I bought it ..it had 145 errors..most cleared with a new battery and error clear

Clear the errors and see which come back

There's a fucked-up drainage system under the car, at the vertical of the battery. A button/cork, could not see clearly, had to keep my finger pushing it to evacuate the water, just a trickle, took me 10mn, need to have a proper look at it when I can get under the car more easily

Maybe the Kombi is not sending an appropriate speed message to the CTM to allow it to start opening?

?
there is a drain...
I agree with you that it is important to identify why there is water, but there is a "drain"

Below the battery? That was never intended for water, just for production purposes.

I don't know where it is exactly inside, "below the battery" was to position it approximatively.
You can find it under the car, when I pushed on it, water trickled and I was able to empty the water that was inside the battery compartment.
Ground was soaked, I did not look too much.

Just rained again, but not enough to cause the water damage again.
Here it is, a little bit on the driving wheel's side, 50cm approx from the rear.
