That is one shitly prepared car. Swirls in the paint, huge front bunper gap, hazy headlights, dust all over the interior, paint flaking off the wheels (and a paint spot on the tyre where it's had a bodged repair), faded ///M stickers although I'm biased.

It's probably a 12-13k car in that state.

Another outfit who might be interested in a car like this is Hero Motor Company (formerly known as Classic Heroes).

why didnt it sell this time if it sold recently with almost identical miles on the same platform for over 22k just a few months ago. is it the market or the fact that its been sold a lot

These cars are niche…

So you are dependent on finding the right buyer…unlike an E46 M3 for example which is a much easier car to sell…
 
I would gladly have an E46 M3, that is a stunner. A ZC does not come close for me
