Interesting, They look great.

Are they CMwheels own brand or Riva's/atomic?, Im still on the look for some decent 18's but alot of the CSL's etc in 18 just look a bit small and lack the deep concave rear.

Swapped the hideous golden aerial for a much more appropriate BMW original. Changed the base to as this was fused to the “golden rod”…

They're cm own. I've had approx 30 sets of Csl reps now in various fitments. The best for me are thr atomics due to the fact they still have concave rears but the paint finish is somewhat better, but for 550 delivered for cm wheels own ones they are hard to fault other than the paint is quite thin

welded up a bunch of front quarter panel mount, after cutting off the originals as they were rubbing on the tire, that all went great till the Argon ran out.

re-tapped the intercooler as the thread let go, oversized the bolt to M8. solid as hell.

You know you bought the right car when you’ve driven it every weekend since you bought it!
Are you planning on keeping it all black with the kidney grills and wheels?

Maxton aren't too far from me so I might bob over to see them. I like the splitter, your side skirts and their duck tail rear spoiler actually. All very subtle

New windscreen went in yesterday! Car came with a few large stone chips and spider legged crack. Finally got round to having it replaced with new wipers. Its amazing how clear the view out feels now because I couldn't unsee the chips/crack before! :D

I’m needing a new screen, lots of small chips and scratches, one big chip near the off side edge. Not sure who to use as I want a OEM screen, who did you use ?
Thanks.

I just went through my insurance. £15 excess for repairs or £100 for a new screen which I went for. They instructed Autoglass who came out to the house. Doesn't affect your NCB

Can't believe I am having the next MOT on the Zed, today. Where did that year go ? Clean sheet as expected. Better than last year with new front ARB and drop links done over Xmas Sorn time. The tester pulled the handbrake up and said ' thats a good one !!' I was always worried it was crap and was planning a shoe change this winter, but if he said it was good, I'll leave well alone :D . Was absolutely biblical weather here today, like many and roads were flooded. Put back in the garage and sprayed over with Optimum No Rinse and dried off. Dehumidifier can do the rest . Next car is next Saturday for an MOT. And the next the following month. Seems the 6 month extension from Covid has chucked all the MOT's together now

New wheels day. Took a bit of a gamble on these. Ended up waiting 5 weeks and they turn up and it's tipping it down outside. :headbang:
