Fingers crossed. Good Luck.

ditched mine on my girlfriends drive for a week whilst we are away skiing if that counts as doing something. It looked so sad as we drove away :( . Can't wait to get back and go for a drive. Absence makes the heart grow fonder!

New air filter and a set of denso ik20 plugs. My intention was to then go for a frosty top less spin around Wiltshire. Found my roof not responding. After a good deal of faffing about & much swearing I was pleased to discover the the roof motor is fine, but the red manual release toggle had somehow got pulled & come out of its guide.
Now its loadsa smiles in the winter sunshine!

Painted two slightly corroded torx screws in the nose section of the engine bay - they had been bugging me for months
Gave my new M steering wheel the Autoglym 'leather feed and clean' treatment.
Played around with my electric seat to find yet another 'optimum' driving position and stored it.
Pulled out the right kidney grille to get access to my painted Ram air scoop so I could touch up some chips in the red paint.
Checked tyre pressures - each one needed a very slight increase (these Goodyears F1's hold their pressures well).
Worked out the best place to store my new Stop Lock Pro - decided behind passenger seat with a cover.
Hoovered the footwells.

Just SOLD

Down the local power-wash for a quick blast to get rid of the salty crud that accumulated through the week.

Did some coding/uncoding with carly. Has anyonewith carly tried the 'Continue open/close hood while driving' option? Confirm it works? I have it set to active but can't clarify obviously cos the hardtop's in place. There was impassioned discussion here not so long ago about whether it was possible or not. I know ive been moving while lowering the hood but dont recollect whether it was beyond the threshold 10, 15mph or whatever the speed limit is.

Also tried to fit these badboys in reverse and foglight positions but it's no enchilada sadly - theyre too wide to fit the plastic holders. Only €2 inc postage from fleabay so no big deal. Got some others coming to try but these looked pretty swift as they're postively FESTOOOOONED with led's. Lol

Had a 5 minute play to see what the sound generator mod was all about. Took the foam out where the generator pushes on to nearest the cockpit of the car. Didn't notice a major difference, but did sound a bit better. Maybe I was expecting something a bit more.

No no, just taking one of the bits of foam out. Thought I'd see what the fuss was all about.

try removing the other end too, I only did the small foam bit(closer to the cabin) and at higher revs(I'd say above 4k) it does sound more throaty..

I removed both bits and loved the sound......until it got a bit boring and intrusive. So i put one bit back and now i find that the perfect compromise.
