Zidiots - who are they?

Definition of a zidiot: someone who keeps buying and driving cars that cost too much because they always break down, burn tires off the back end, spin out on corners, leak, rattle, burn horrendous amounts of fossil fuel and have no room and useless storage.

Who could that be? Nobody I know , must be Camaro, Corvette and Datsun owners.
 
Is that a Smart car logo on the front,? I've never seen one of these before , looks like a mobility scooter on roids
