Just had the call from Ocean Plymouth.

£69 delivered, so have gone up in price a bit. Was it £55 before the stock shortage?
 
My ZHP gear knob was ordered in late June from Bavarian in Belfast and arrived yesterday. Cost was £61.52. Got it fitted this afternoon although the original put up some fight before letting me remove it. Can be a dangerous job if you’re not careful! Haven’t tried it yet as I got a puncture last night and haven’t yet got round to changing the wheel. The ZHP weighs in at exactly 6 ounces whereas the original one weighs in at just less than 3 ounces. The fact that the ZHP is shorter makes it feel much heavier than the weights suggest. Hopefully it will be worth the wait on its arrival. I’ll know tomorrow when I get her lit up the carriageway.
 
A ZHP is definitely much better.

I bought mine last June for £57, so price has gone up a bit - but still worth it IMO. :thumbsup:
 
Great news! I ordered mine from Sopers months ago! Guess who I'll be on the phone to in the morning.

ZHP going to be the first of many treats for my Z over the coming months :D
 
Fitted mine last night, what a difference! I love it, feels a bit 'sportier', nicer gear change.

Well worth it IMO.
 
I got mine from Cotswold BMW - slightly dearer than Sopers but they had one. :lol:

Might be worth a try.
 
I've been waiting so long now I almost feel obliged to see it through till the bitter end! I'll give it another week or two before I start phoning round other dealers.

I see you are in Hampshire... I got mine from Marshalls in Hook/Basingstoke. Took circa 4/5 weeks.
