Zedward - A Thank you from Lauren's Mum

So Zedward was complaining this morning of feeling exhausted after yesterday's antics and fund raising, so he was let at home to rest (this bear as no stamina) :) .

However when got home this evening we realised that it was all a lie, as he was caught on camera misbehaving again!!.

He had spotted the car cover and had wondered what he was, so he had planned his "I am tired routine" so that he could stay at home so poke around and what was under the. Cover.

First he thought that he would his charm for the car to undress itself

But no matter how much hugging and talking to softly the car cover wasn't having any of it. Zedward if you want the cover off you will have to put some elbow crease into it. Eventually he got the message and all was resolved.

But what happened nex shocked us.

Yes he has nicked the keys to the car, fortunately his feet were too big to reach the pedal.

Definitely got to keep my eye On him!

What have we done..........what have we created.
More to come soon......

Its your own fault for letting him watch "Ted 2", it's a 15 certificate you know! :o

Zedward insisted he came out with us today for a club breakfast meet, therefore we had to take both cars and he demanded to ride shotgun in the NSX!
When we arrived at the meet he was out of the car in a flash......
What have we created....A monster car tart!!!

Car tart!

Meeting up in the service station with fellow petrol heads. He refused to get out "it's cold and damp" was his excuse.

Zedward looked most upset tonight when we explained that we were taking him back to Mark.

He even made me paws for a moment. We did however give him the choice of what he wanted to travel back in, any guesses .......

Yep the NSX, reason given by Zedward "Well I can get a lift in a Z4 anytime but a Honda NSX well that's a rare beast "

So he has now been handed back to Mark, apologies if he proves to be a diva.

Thank you Zedward for the laughs and the weird looks from people as we drove by or as I carried you around.

To those you have not yet experienced the company of Zedward I would really encourage you to volunteer. As well as helping to raise funds for this worthy cause, it's amazing to see how a 6ft bear brings the kid out in everyone (children and adults alike).

If you aren't able to take Zedward then why not make a contribution, Halloween is approaching so rather than buying candy for the kids why not donate the money to Laurens cause. That way it's a win, win you are helping Lauren and also saving the kids teeth

Yep, definitely a diva  After threatening him with a trip in the back of the Saab with the dogs, he's settled down now, and is more than happy tp be in a zed :)

So, today Zedward took a little trip out to Burton Waters,

after trying out the driver's seat (and finding the passenger's baseball cap, which was obviously "cub"-sized, not the full bear)

he decided he wanted to spend some time with john-e89, so has left for pastures new!

Well Zedward has said goodbye to Markeg for the time being and is now staying with us in the Peak District. On the way home we stopped at Curbar gap in the Hope Valley so the big guy could take in the view, then it was off home for a cuppa and feet up.

Whilst having a brew and a chat Zedward cheekily commented that the lawn needs a cut...didn't take him long to feel at home did it..

Well done you lot. Great pics and I love the NSX. I remember when they came out along with the rear engined Renault GTA.
