Zedward - A Thank you from Lauren's Mum

Ok folks it's now looking very unlikely I will get to the meeting on Sunday (unexpected family stuff) :(
I'm happy to bring Zedward a bit further South this week if I can get him off Flyingfifer but need a kind volunteer to complete his journey! Somewhere close to the border would be good.

Sorry this is something that's just reared its head today and I'm really gutted that I won't be going!

Perhaps FlyingFifer is going to top it up to £2k himself, at the last minute, to make up for holding him captive in a dark room with no photos, since July 25th ? :poke:

It's not a problem for me to bring him South this Thursday or Friday, I'm off all week, just need to pass him on to someone once we can rescue him from the Dark Kingdom of Fife!
Flyingfifer messaged me today about arranging his release, I've replied tonight so things are on the move! :thumbsup:

I know Zedfest is a big ask, but if we can all get him there somehow, that would be great. :thumbsup:

I cannot extend the JustGiving page beyond 120 days, which runs out on the 12th August. I can only start another page from a big fat Zero. We are now at 81% £1,625.00

I was hoping to extend him until at least September, so that he could come back down the Country on the East side and finally meet Lauren before everyone returns to school. We are also so close, sat on 81% so how about a big push to try and reach the £2k target before the weekend, and then at least we will have a nice round sum to give Lauren now, and we can add whatever to that, as/if we start again on the second leg ?

So, lets have a big push please if anyone wants to donate again, or in advance of meeting Zedward ( if we can get him off FlyingFifer...).
-Otherwise, lets get him to Sussex in 5 days, via Zedfest.

I have spoken to Zedward and he is really looking forward to being with Taz again, he seemed really upset when I told him that he would be getting in another convertible.... something to do with a bad experience in the boot and the noise from roof motors hurting his ears? :P :fuelfire:
 
After zedfest, I understand he is heading south - so does that mean he's not coming back to the East Midlands at all now? Or are there plans to move him back up after his perryfest?

I'm not now in the UK until early September and had a few outings planned for him ...

He doesn't have to head South after ZedFest - I think that was just Number 5 saying that the donations page expires then
 
May need a new donations page for post August then, unless we are closing things off once the current page expires?

That would be one of the nicer things I'd call you Mr Bear :poke: Welldone, only £265 needed to hit the target now and surely there are enough peeps on here to do it?! Come on peeps :?
 
The Chairman now has Zedward and he will be windning his way south as we speak :driving: :thumbsup: :P
