Zedfest sunday drive up from the london / south east - Toddington services 9am

for anyone else interested in joining up the below is the route, pretty much m1 all the way by the looks of it but im sure we'll bump into a few more once we get past Leicester, the more the merrier and all that :driving:

I make 75 miles in 1 hour 45 minutes an average speed of less than 45mph. :o

Whilst we don''t need to be racing up the M1, I hope we can do better than that! :driving:

yeah I'm not so sure about the timing but i did google map it today in the am when theres demo more traffic them I'm hoping for next sunday... can't wait! :thumbsup:
 
I'm coming up from Hampshire - was going to take the scenic route, but a convoy sounds fun too, so could come via Toddington. You ok if I just rock up on Sunday @ 9 if we chose this route, or do you want advance warning?
 
no advance warning required, we'll be at toddington for 9 with a departure time of about 9.15 for any late comers/ weekend morning traffic so if you fancy it then come along :thumbsup:

hey folks, I'm afraid my garage have totally f***ed my plans and haven't gotten my car back in time for this meet up :headbang: . hope you have a good drive up and enjoy the fest!

From the A34 junction upwards to near Leicester they are converting the M1 to a "smart road", so it's average speed cameras and a 50mph limit all the way... With the Luton 50mph section as well, it'll be a leisurely drive up!
