Zed..

I was in Germany on September 19th and I was driving like a pirate. On average I was between 180-210kph (unregulated areas) and even it 240kph in spots in a Mercedes C350!!

I am making up for lost time! Prepare to be boarded!!

I did see an Audi R8 overtake me. That’s the finest pirate booty I’ve ever laid eyes on!!

Well, being ex-convicts, we know when to take the warden seriously. So "Arrrrrr" has too many "r"s to ignore.

In this case we say it like you do.

Programme - Program
TV - telly
Schoolmaster - Principal
pavement - sidewalk
to let - to rent

Jeez....I have a million of them but not enough time right now.

LOL....you guys crack me up. I actually had to google the word 'spanner' to figure out what it meant when I was performing the clogged drain DIY.

Guess my time in the military and spent on UK/European forums has helped me to understand most of the lingo

Not sidewalk or pavement - it's "footpath".
Tv is good, so's telly.
Rubbish is a load a crap.

Excuse me, while I shoo this kangaroo out of my backyard.....

Z or Zed either one can be confusing when trying to identify an auto. It could be a Z3, Z4, Z8, 240Z, 260Z, 280Z, 300ZX, 350Z, Z28, or Z06. Other Z's?
