Some of my favourite roads out there over the black mountains and into the Elan valley, the cars look good too

How are you finding the new car?
Rob

So far so good, thank Rob, but I’m still getting used to it after 9 years of driving a Zed.

And what I’m saving in Oil, I’m spending on fuel now, PVR !!

They are easier cars to live with, Mrs PVR loves the Porsche suspension compared to the Z and long distance driving is far less tiring.

You save on the road tax though so that makes the fuel “cheaper” :D

Great photos that have made me want to spend a few hours in that neck of the woods this afternoon

Very nice [ref]Number5[/ref],

It doesn’t matter how nice the scenery, you can’t enter it into photo of the month :P

I did see you by the Bracelet Bay car park a month or two back Steve. Waved but you didn’t spot me !!

I to have to admit a tinkering with the dark side , but the Zed is still here, as sunny days it’s the Zed that gets the nod more often
But as others have said the Porsche is a easier ride B05CD432-F616-4986-BE5B-9C653BEC4343.jpeg9719432E-83EA-4F62-8865-A65F3445B912.jpeg02A9A0BB-5562-43AA-9513-B649A6385616.jpeg

For me, the Golf gets the most attention. Then the 911 but mostly from those that really know their Porsche and recognise the 50th. The X5M gets attention abroad as they hardly exist there

A superb weekend as always Al, thanks for your hospitality and for the tour of Swansea and the surrounding areas, who’d have guessed :D ! :happyclap:

Sorry I didn’t see you Alan, wifey and I spend a lot of time in Mumbles and the Gower, we should meet for a coffee one day

That looks like a great trip out - even if you have both gone to the dark side!

But every cloud as they say - I bought Darren's Aero sills.

I saw the Boxster on the drive when I popped the air filter in a few weeks back Alan, it did look fantastic 8)

Are you keeping the E86 long term now? I only ask as I see the Alpina is up for sale.

All the best

So here is JL’s daily runner…. ‘21 MINI Countryman JCW.
