Having had both the sport seats give much more support which I find more comfortable; raising the side bolsters would help for sure.

I can't find pics of the seats they did for me, the pic above was pretty much exactly what they looked like after.
It didn't take them long at all to shape the new foam, glue it and once the leather is wrapped around its solid in place. Looked like sports seats.

Find a good company and they make it better than stock!

Here's what the same guy did to some Audi S8 seats I put in my Van (original seats where Black). :



The rear seats, He had to rebuild, reshape and bulk the foam and padding under these seats:

The base of the seats, centre arm rest, roof parts + more. The leather work he did is better than in my Audi Q7. Truly amazing work.

The idea above about adding extra bolted sounds like an ideal compromise... Would match a unique zed..

You could get them to leather the dash too ( but in red maybe too much)

Large side bolsters could work really well!
It's the shape of the Mseats that do it for me though. Fell so lucky with my car, has everything on it and I think I got a bargain
