nothing spectacular , ,noticed during first few weeks
a rattle/looseness at front which was control arm bushes = done - nice & tight now
no light for rear demist or aircon ? . it seems a previous low battery/faulty alternator tripped a fault in ECU to shut these functions off in order to save power & whoever may have fitted a new battery didn't recode so these were not working on demand - done now .
& the car was last at BMW for oil + filter service 14 months/ 7k miles ago which for me is enough to warrant some fresh 5w/30 & a filter :thumbsup: all done
didn't enjoy the 2 nights Zedless but happy to see it smiling at me on the drive now :D
also pleased to report my BM indy most impressed with the straight 6 auto Z4c . especially in sport mode , the paddleshifters he said were very hard to distinguish from SMG system ?
oh & he thinks ive got a good un , , , car in top order :thumbsup:

a good friend is a salesman at Bowker BMW blackburn & he recommended the guy i use in great harwood (near blackburn)
he reached "master tech " with a local BMW dealership for 15 years , , now set up on his own for all servicing/MOT he is enthusiastic & knowledgeable + the biggest draw for me is i don't worry about some spanner monkey playing "look & learn" on my P&J :?
his daughter works the office & he works the garage :thumbsup:
also whenever i go there is no shortage of high end stuff (fairly new M5,s ,M3 convertible, X5 etc being fettled)
i wouldn't be happier if it was at a main dealer TBH . always well satisfied with work & the invoice :)
