Zeckhausen CDV group buy

OK so I have:

M version: carl, Winton
Non-M: sp3ctre, PaulN, suppal, Z4 Forum AMW, srhutch

Will place the order now...

Cheques or paypal once the stuff arrives and I have an idea of the total cost in sterling. But if we're splitting $80 postage between us then we'l be getting them for not much more than $45 each.

CDV-004 (the version I don't want, but 5 others do) is out of stock until next week :(

Still, I'm happy to wait and order all 7 at the same time. It's only another week, my fancy footwork can survive that long. :D
 
OK, it looks like srhutch has figured out how to remove the guts of the CDV, in the same way as Zeckhausen do. Now, seeing as they're out of stock at Zeckhausen anyway, I'm putting the group buy on hold while we evaluate srhutch's solution. If we have no way forward by next week, I'll continue with the Zeckhausen group buy.

Just to let you know I will post the details this evening hopefully, but it is a simple procedure.

OK, look simple so I will try to get hold of a CDV from BMW. If all goes to plan, this group buy is cancelled. Why should Zeckhausen profit from us if all they're using is a hammer and a couple of drill bits? :D
 
Anybody else modified there CDV yet?

Hoping to get mine fitted in the next week, so will mod the one fitted to my car, if anybody wants it?
