Just returned from holiday in California, driving the Pacific Ocean Highway from LA to San Francisco. 5 miles north of Santa Monica saw my (first ever) Z8. Looked gorgeous, silver, black soft top. Sorry, didn't get a photo, don't hate me. And no, I wasn't driving anything I would be prepared to disclose.....
Further thoughts on my intended Z4. Nearly rushed into a good-ish PCP deal on a new 20i prior to holiday but decided I must drive a 28i before committing (although I think that might be easier said than done). Now also thinking I want auto, so may well go for a well specced 12 monther and finance with HP. BMW dealers don't have many, and they start around 27k, but am hoping they could be persuaded down a bit....
