Z4MR For Sale

I have decided to sell my Z4MR due to now having a family (baby and dog are not compatible!) and not using the car as much as I'd like. Based in East Surrey.

Will take some updated pictures when I get a chance to wash the car.

On a private plate in the pictures but registration is now back to original of MH06 ZDF if you want to check MOT history.

Z4M Roadster 2006, (06) Interlagos Blue with Black leather interior and dashboard panel.
76k miles with full service history:

1,217 miles @ Cooper BMW Croydon (Running in)
12,476 miles @ Cooper BMW Croydon (oil)
23,013 miles @ Cooper BMW Croydon (Inspection 1)
33,998 miles @ Cooper BMW Croydon (Oil)
38,452 miles @ Cooper BMW Croydon (Inspection 2)
47,845 miles @ Cooper Teeside (oil)
59,493 miles @ Rybrook BMW Warwick (Inspection 1) with tappet details
63,386 @ BMS Surrey (BMW Specialist) all Oils, done including brake fluid change, micro filter and AC belt replaced
69,333 Oil service and filter @ Munich Power
72,150 inspection 2 @ Munich Power
75,350 Oil service @ Munich Power

Fairly recently have had 2 new front tyres that have only done a couple of thousand miles. 3 keys and comprehensive owner’s documentation.

An extensive specification includes factory optional Satnav, Bluetooth phone connection, 6 CD player, Multi-function Steering wheel, Cruise Control, Heated Memory seats, rear PDC, Xenon headlamps & washers, Folding Mirrors.

Has the usual stone chips and slight alloy curbing but nothing serious. Very mark on rear bumper - will take a picture when I get a chance.

Previously bought off a member of the forum who owned for a number of years.

In my ownership I've:
- Had the boot motor relocated into the boot for piece of mind. It was actually in good condition
- Fitted an aux cable to the standard head unit so you can connect an ipod/phone etc.
- Got a 3rd key coded so as you can lower the soft top from the key (rather than press the button in the car)

I have owned my z4m for just over 4 years and drives great, especially with the Eventuri induction but im just not using it much anymore.

Only modification - Eventuri induction intake

I'm looking for £15,500, available immediately.

Probably based on the private reg.

Not sure the database is clever enough to know the car has changed plates.
If you knew the original reg you may see more?

Entirely possible! Hopefully the OP can advise. 🙂

Hi Jp,

Lovely looking z4mr. Can you elaborate more on any work already carried out, eg have the rod bearings been changed? Is it completely stock other than the intake?

Thanks,
Sef

Hi Sef,

I haven’t had the bearings done. I’ve now had it 4 years and I have always warmed up the engine properly etc so I’m fairly confident of its condition. The new owner could decide to have this done for peace of mind but I haven’t felt the need. From the time I’ve owned it, the oil has been changed more regularly than required.

Yes the car is stock aside from the induction.

Hope this helps.

John
