Does anyone have anymore details on this coupe?

Looks like libertywalk rear quarters with slek hatch and RPIs...

Not normally into the tuner look, but the riveted quarter panel reminds me of 993gt2 so thats ok, quite like how its showing a bit of the wide rubber...
Are those libertywalk panels still available?
