This was for sale (I believe it to be this car anyway) quite a few months ago for the same price (pictures were taken in a car park then though).

Not a bad price for such a low miler, just a shame about the fugly wood trim (imo of course  ) and lack of Sat nav/ other extras, but either way 15.5k for a car with 25k miles on in such a rare colour looks a good fair advertised price. £500 extra spend to source piano black or Carbon leather trim and somebody would have a great car.

Wonder if it really has a FULL BMW SH as according to the manual, or only the one indicated by the OBC?

Quite basic spec, and I don't think the dark interior does it any favours. Champagne or light sepang extended leather would have done it for me.

Still don't think it's expensive though.

Wonder if I could part-ex mine and pay the £4-5k difference (after swapping the leather/wood out)?

Stark? Where are you man? He's wanted one of these for ages, and in truth, the trim can be changed fairly easily, or even wrapped if you can't be bothered pulling it apart. Shame the leather isn't champagne, but you can't have everything. Its still a stunning car. Its all about the servicing as we know with the M's though... its whether everything is in order.

Yeh, would be interesting to see what it's full BMW SH actually is.

I've spotted a sepang bronze MC near my place of work a couple of times in the last few weeks and it looks stunning in the flesh.

Extended Light Sepang interior would set it off beautifully, but this is priced sensibly for what it is so still a good purchase (SH and mechanicals depending)

Whats the millage on yours mmm? I really liked the look of yours at the midlands meet.
89,000 miles and climbing at about 600 a week.

Not worth me changing really, as I'd then be 'spoiling' a low-miler with the mods I want to do next year. It's much more sensible - and cost-effective - to do the mods on a 100k mile/£10k car and keep the £5k cost-to-change as a modding/insurance fund.

Are you adding a S/C?????
Isn't the first thing on my list, but may eventually have something like that.

Mainly focusing on a suspension refresh (springs, dampers, bushes, mounts, etc.), engine mounts and caliper rebuild/replacement/upgrade.

I've got one and it would look completely arse with any dark interior. The wood just makes it look awful... The wheels do it no favours either.

If you want to see if a a car has been looked after, look at the tail pipes, if they look encrusted with s**t then its been neglected. As per this one, look at the dust on the dash!

I think this is priced fairly considering the market. Besides, the fewer toys it has, the faster it is due to weight saving :P

Sounds like a good little project. Just done suspension bushes on mine. It really makes a difference coilovers next for me. Done the brakes at xmass. I think i will do the vanos seals next i have heard a few poneys can bolt the stable there.

This is lush... the only colour that might tempt me to a Coupe, but given our current summer, NFW!

I don't think the black nappa interior would be a negative, stick some new trim in and it would look fine. I have black nappa and piano black and the interior of my car is a lovely place to be. :D

Good point regarding the tail pipes though. Certainly paints a picture of the owner's care and maintenance routine.

Yeah I don't think the black interior is bad, but the champagne and bronze work fantastically well together ... just take a look at that swedish chaps sepang M coupe on here somewhere, its a great combo.

Its just too dark on a dark car. I saw one with a red interior a while ago and that's just plain peculiar. Mine looking a bit dirty...

The cream lightens it up no end.

In your opinion of course...

Having a black car with black interior I disagree with you in the strongest possible way
