The GT4 class is based on a power to weight formula, so the heavier you are the more power (up to a limit).
Lots of changes to everything else though, for example front tyres are 245/40r18 and rears are 295/30r18, it only weighs 1200kg, suspension is changed, gearbox is standard, exhaust system is a competition one, brakes are 356mm, etc.
The Duller Motorsport Red Bull car that does well in the endurance racing has 400bhp though and 380mm brakes.
It was the Duller one that I saw at the Britcar 24hr in 2007 that made me really want one.
