this time it was just a standard shampoo and hand polish with autoglym ultra deep shine
usually i shampoo then machine polish with autoglym ultra deep shine. I then finish with autoglym extra gloss protection by hand.
Considering clay barring it once the weather improves.
Im going to have a trawl through the detailing section and get some new products. Want to get rid of the swirls in the top coat and apply a really good gloss coat to it.
i was wondering what machine you have. there are a few cheapish kits on ebay i was considering getting to get rid of my swirls once i have sorted a couple of parking dings
i have a halfords 240v one and to be honest dont think its that great. I use it to break the polish down after applying it by hand and then have to finish by hand anyway...
I was just reading one of your threads and i think we are both looking for the same thing !!
I had my car fully detailed by Barry at Autodetox, after paying him a large sum of money (worth it BTW) I decided to invest myself. I got a Kestral DA with Menzerna kit (Barry used Menzerna polishes so I knew these would be fine) for about £150.

The DA doesnt quite have the bite of a rotary, and im impatient so might end up with a rotary as well, but take check out the Kestral DA.
