Z4MC detail...

It's not a garage queen - Only has 24k on the clock and sits outside much to my dismay. Garage is taken up by a '74 VW camper which I fear wouldn't last the winter in the elements. I would love a double garage!! Thanks for the comments - I was really happy with the results even though being really reluctant to spend that sort of cash.

Guys, just a comment in response to a chat with the detailer whose Facebook page is linked in the first post.

On this occasion I jumped to a categorically incorrect conclusion (simply due to the photos posted). Decontamination was carried out and the clay bar image with tar on I mentioned was from underneath the side of the car - something almost impossible to avoid due to the angle/cling of tar removers.

I can admit when I'm wrong, which is the case this time around!

Cheers.

I'd be up for the group buy, but it is a bit too far. Anywhere as good on the south coast near Bournemouth/Southampton??

@ Gavin
Why don't you get a car cover if sat outside?

Mine is and simply unclip and roll back once dry outside as can shake moisture off cover:)

Not sure about car covers - have heard good & bad reports but I guess you get what you pay for. Do you have a link to the one you have? One issue I have is that I can't unscrew the aerial - I am guessing the previous owner has superglued it in place to prevent it being removed (wasted ££ on a stubby!!) but guessing this is necessary for a cover...?

That's an incredible finish. That sort of 'detailing' is like black magic to a n00b like me.
