Z4Mc detail & pics *UPDATED*

Just spent 3 days detailing the car (it rained, PITA). Loved every minute of it :thumbsup: Sad but nm!!

Most of my products are Maguires. Started with a good wash two bucket process with micro fibre mits. Then surface prepped - removed the rest of the residue with Mags clay bar kit including the wheels, had a few scratches and marks so used Mags Ultimate compound and Swirl X 2.0 with a few foam applicators (these products are incredible can't recommend them more). Gave the car another wash down, then used Mags hot rims wheel cleaner. With some Mags even coat applicators, two coats of Mags ultimate polish followed by one coat of Mags Carnauba wax buffed with a micro fibre towel and terry towels. Hoovered out the car then used Mags interior cleaner worked a treat, unbelievable how much muck there was when it looked very clean. Followed by all glass polished, and tyres dressed with Mags Hot shine wheel dressing.

Some cracking pics there. I prefer those darker wheels to your CSLs.

Where did you take the pics, looks like a nice new building?
 
Ye it is in a new development, a multi car park only opened a few weeks ago!

The wheels do look good but wait till you see what I've got planned :evil:

I would try to be different fella, flog the CSLs and get aero skirts your car really suits those wheels and would look even better. All the rest of us have CSLs.

Well you say different but its only because were so used to being on here that its more common! I haven't seen one Z4 coupe let alone an M in over a year up here so mine is quite rare as it is! The wheels look better in the pics than they do in the flesh the CSLs look a lot better on the car. Not the biggest fan of the Z4M OEM wheels their too plain for my taste! I am looking into the aero skirts, but have a few more mods to do first! :thumbsup: This car is costing me a fortune with mods haha!
 
Looks very sharp! Love the re-finish on the wheels. I'm not generally a fan of the OEM Z4M wheels, but they look much better!

Thanks! She's not received much attention the last 12 months, so I'm making an effort to get her out again. Think I did about 1,000 miles in her last year! Just had an MOT and fitted a new set of Pilot Super Sports all round this weekend though :D

Also, not using the car means I've not been on here much as not had much to talk about... LOL. Notice there's quite a few new faces around :)

Fantastic pics though. Looking very, very clean :D
