Not sure the CSLs are OEM, no ///M badge and can't see if BMW is embossed either?

The close up of the wheel shows the BMW embossed so appear to be genuine, but with the rest in mind walk away.

Anyone who sells a Cat D without mentioning in the advert up front is an arsehole not worth doing business with.

...and i.m.o. and tw*t and lying bas**rd

I spoke with this guy last Friday as wanted to stop by on my way to seeing another
I had to ask him if it had been in any minor or major accidents before he owned up to it.
He did offer to send pictures of the accident
Front offside corner, didn't seem too bad, but...
I walked away as will not touch anything with front end damage!
Didn't discuss with him, IMO not worth a penny over £10k

Remember, there's plenty more out there though moreover do a Ronin, whenever there is any doubt, there is no doubt (there's something bad lurking in the shadows)

Moreover why don't you buy this one? http://www.z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=41660

Any front-end damage, or 'plenty' of front-end damage...

e.g. my 'front-end damage' - total cost about £1800 at a BMW bodyshop.

Also have to be a bit concerned that the back end appears to be missing a reaer wheel

Missing a rear wheel and the rear bumper is hanging off.

They've also put clingfilm over the window which would suggest to me the door isn't sealing properly or was smashed...

That's not light damage, and no wonder it was a Cat D!

I'm sure you'll be glad to hear that I did give this one a miss. But thought it would be a shame to waste a day off seeing as I had left work to see this one. So went to see a dealer who had a silver coupe and put a deposit down! Picking it up Saturday. 64k miles on it but full BMW sh and it drove better than a 40k one I test drove a couple weeks ago. Paid the asking price but negotiated for him to put on 6 months tax and front bumper light respray due to some stone chips etc. rest is in great condition as is the interior

Will post another thread with spec and pics later. Roll on Saturday!!

Nice move  there are enough good ones out there so no need to buy a 5hite one :) some sleepless nights until pick up :P

I can see why he was reluctant to show you the photos.
25% seems fair enough for that level of trauma.

I think he needs to accept that he has to take a hit on that.
Poor little coupe.
