Quote from the advert, "Always use the forum just never registered". So the guy is happy to read and use advice, information from the forum but then is equally happy to sell a known smacked car to said forum members without saying anything regarding it's past. That's a pretty shitty trick in my book. Just because other people do it elsewhere in the world it does'nt make it right.

It could be. But one minute it's his mum and then it's his wife.

I don't believe he lives in the hillbilly lands of USA, so i'm sure he's talking poppycock.

Just to put another perspective on it, both adverts could have been placed by different people ie the father and the son
Not saying it is this but it is easy to jump to conclusions.

It's resurfaced... http://www.ebay.co.uk/ulk/itm/151938571699 ebay ad at £16,950.
It was on carandclassic.co.uk as a private sale for £14,900 - offers invited (with no mention of previous damage) and no photos, but description matched. Obviously sold or now for sale with commission through uksportsandprestige. The number plate is hidden with a dealer plate, but it's definitely the same car.
At least the dealer is honest enough to declare previous damage, checked with no marker.

There is another thread on this. Somebody tipped uksportandprestige off, and they took the car off sale while they investigated. TBH I have no problem with it being repaired as it really was light damage, and this dealer seems honest from the other thread.
