they're lower offset than non M zed wheels :P
 
How old are the tyres on them?

Might want to pick up a 2nd set for track/winter/refurb services - but they may be sitting in the shed for 6-12 months before they're used. So just want to see if the tyres will still be in a decent (i.e. less than 5 years old) state when I'd need to use them!
 
mmm-five...... Im not sure how old the tyres are..I only bought the car earlier this week...

Steve... I have sold 3 sets of wheels on here and i never overprice them,whats the point?? I prefer a deal where buyer and seller is happy :)

If you want/need to find out, there will be a year/week number printed on the sidewall.

Yep, it means the fronts are about 3.5 years old and the rears are about 2 years old - nicely under the 5 years where I'd start to get worried about them becoming hard/stiff/useless - especially on these 1000 mile a year cars :P

Yeah the whippy has gone 8) & you need some aggregate in the back , , that looks high for standard :P & the front bumper looks like its been repainted at some point ? unless its the pics ?
 
Bumper hasnt been painted...Nothing has had paint one,i checked with my elcometer...

The rear does look a little high on the pics,but the car was on a piece of rough ground,probably just how it was sat..


Just to say,will leave the 224's on here until Sunday and if no interest i will put them on Ebay..

Would be nice for a forumite to have em,this wheel/tyre combo dont come up very often..
