fair point..

I don't think the price is far out. There hasn't been a set for sale on here for quite a while but there always seems to be people looking for them. Tyres with a used set of wheels always seem to be a lottery, between being useless or a bargain for the buyer.
I also expect genuine CSL's will go for a little more than they once have as there seems to be fewer popping up for sale lately.

Times change, but things will always sell for whatever someone is willing to pay for them.

I want the wheels for my tourer but can't make the figures work :(
Shame as they are a stunning wheel when in good order & as for earlier comment on them not being "very aggressive" :?
Never heard of alloys being described in themselves as aggressive ?
The offset of 224 rears is low & thus gives a aggressive stance / appearance in the arch on standard Z's & other BMW model's .
They look ok to me  http://i1164.photobucket.com/albums/q576/beaucostil/icecream003_zps1576d2e3.jpg

+1 They sure look mighty fine to me Mr Wilks

I think it all depends on what you want for the car and the circumstances - I still think these are great for a 3.0si upgrade. I still think JDM's old coupe looked stunning with these refurbed in black gloss which he did the work himself

As the M tyres don't fit on a si I would have been replacing these with falcons anyway and getting rid of the runflats. As I wanted to refurb them a darker colour i didn't want an already refurbed set on which i might have missed any more serious damage and would have had to pay more money for.

That looks pretty f***ing mean!

I think darker wheels looks awesome on black cars, maybe not pure black, but anthracite, hyper black, gunmetal etc. look strong!

Cheers Matt  nice meeting you today & will post up some pics when the wheel's have been made over
